The Rawal Unloader is a patented refrigeration component that provides modulating unloading capability for non-unloading DX systems. It can allow a DX system to unload to approximately 50% of its capacity, with a response similar to a modulating chilled-water valve. Unloading below 50% is not recommended so proper oil circulation is maintained.
